I opted for the Mixed Berry Collagen Bundle. I really like their collagen – I feel like it helps strengthen my gut so I was excited to try more. I’ve only tried their plain, non-flavored ones but this bundle features their Mixed Berry Collagen which will be exciting to add to smoothies. Beauty Heroes was experiencing a delay in delivery so I haven’t gotten my goodies yet but I can’t wait to dive in!
This will also be my first time trying their Beauty Boost – a capsule designed to improve the appearance of skin, hair and nails. And also my first time trying their Beauty Collagen – this is so cool because not only can you add this powder to your smoothies or tea, you can add it to your water too! I am always looking for ways to make drinking water more fun and I have a feeling this may be it!
Vital Proteins was created by Kurt Seidensticker, an active runner who started experiencing joint pain and longer recovery periods after running. He started researching the benefits of collagen, taking it daily, and was sold on the results.
This super-power protein promises to increases joint connective tissue, skin hydration, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, hair and nail growth, gut health and even bone strength. Vital Proteins is sourced from grass-fed cows or wild-caught fish and little else. It’s also gluten free, dairy free, sugar-free, Whole 30 approved and paleo friendly.
Here’s the breakdown on what’s included to help you pick!
This blue-green algae comes in a capsule. It’s a natural source of plant protein and antioxidants and it works to boost immunity. It also works to detox the body too.
