Mapleblume October_

Sharing is caring!

Mapleblume’s October box dropped and sold out in a hot second! This month we are seeing SEVEN full size items including some coveted green beauty brands like Fitglow Beauty and au NATURALE plus several new-to-me brands. Mapleblume asked if they could send me October’s box to sample….Um, yes please!

The Mapleblume Deal

To catch you up, Mapleblume is the mother lode of all green beauty boxes. It has a higher price point and a lot more product than what most subscriptions offer. This bi-monthly subscription (every other month) is based out of Canada and retails for just about $90 USD (depending on exchange rates) + $15 flat rate shipping. You can also skip the subscription and purchase a one-time box for about $103 USD. Mapleblume promises a minimum of 5 full-size, high-end nontoxic skincare and makeup products.

The October box’s theme is “Fall In Love With Clean Beauty” – it features 7 full-size products and has a total value of $210 USD – HELLO!!!

The October Box

In this month we are seeing….

Mapleblume October

  • Inlight Beauty Super-Food Mask
  • Graydon Aloe Milk Cleanser
  • Kunye BIOFERM Eye Balm
  • Delia Organics Dose of C Serum
  • Niu Body Piña Colada Lip Polish
  • Fitglow Beauty Lip Colour Serum
  • au NATURALE Swipe-On Essential Eye Pencil

Let’s start with my fave pick from this month: the new Fitglow Beauty’s Lip Colour Serum!

Fitglow Beauty Lip Colour Serum in Nudie: So excited to try this new formula. My first impressions upon applying is it smells AMAZING. Like, just a hint of vanilla extract, mild and beautiful. I love that it’s a true gloss – shiny but not sticky. It has a traditional felt wand applicator. And it’s formulated to not only hydrate but to plump, improve cell structure and diminish fine lines. Cruelty-free. Love it.

au NATURALE Swipe-On Essential Eye Pencil in Coco: This pencil is soft and transfers easily. I love that you can sharpen it and it comes with a built in smudger – KEY! This comes in 10 colors and we are getting Coco (brown). Super clean. Cruelty-free and vegan.

Inlight Beauty Super-Food Mask: Love that this mask is made with 100% organic ingredients. It’s oil based and a little goes a long way. You apply a thin layer, leave on for 10-20 minutes and it’s wicked hydrating. It’s formulated to detoxify, repair and is packed with antioxidants to fight aging. It’s a beautiful green color, smells amazing and has a micro grit to it so it exfoliates too when you wash it off. My skin feels so soft after. Cruelty-free.

BIOFERM EYE BALM: Always love trying a new eye treatment! I was excited to see this one is formulated with Cocoa Bioferment to hydrate, brighten and de-puff as well as cold-pressed oils of meadow foam, black cumin seed and avocado to soften, lock in moisture and protect. This treatment is an oil-based balm – I also love it for my lips!

NIU BODY PIÑA COLADA: This is a sugar based lip scrub I could literally eat out of the jar. Tastes so good – like piña colada! Use this to exfoliate lips. Leaves lips smooth and tasty!

Delia Organics Dose of C Serum: Having a good vitamin C is so important. Helps boost collagen, aids in repairing skin and fights free radicals to keep skin looking young. Although this one is cleaner than most mainstream vitamin c treatments, it’s preserved with phenoxyethanol which is a preservative I avoid in my products.

GRAYDON aloe milk CLEANSER 3-in-1: This is a creamy oil-based cleanser that takes off makeup and grime. Rub it into skin, wet fingertips with water to emulsify and then take off with a warm cloth. It’s super moisturizing and wont strip skin of it’s natural oils. Great for someone who wants an effective cleanser but is not ready to make the switch to oils.

Get on the list for the December Mapleblume Box!

I love that Mapleblume has a healthy mix of both full-size skincare AND full-size makeup. You wont see this anywhere else!  Grab yours here!
