  • 1 tbsp real maple syrup


  • 1-2 tbsp Anima Mundhi Herbals Coconut Creamer
  • 1/2 tsp Sun Potions Ashwagandha
  • 1 tbsp Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp homemade vanilla
