Ingredients
2cupsbone broth (pastured and organic is best)
1tbspminced frozen fresh ginger (will be fluffy, estimate)
1 tbspminced frozen fresh turmeric (will be fluffy, estimate)
1pinch black pepper or cayenne (to taste)
1 tbspcoconut oil
1 pinch sea salt (or pink salt or Redmonds, basically anything but table salt)
Instructions
All all ingredients into a blender. Put top on. Put a kitchen towel over the top to prevent spillage. Blend for 10-20 seconds on super high. Enjoy immediately!
