Bone Broth Latte
This dairy free, bone broth, turmeric latte delivers a big dose of anti-inflammatories, antioxidants and amino acids. It's not only big in flavor but it's a big immunity booster too. Frothy, tasty and filling, a winter morning's dream come true!
- 2 cups bone broth (pastured and organic is best)
- 1 tbsp minced frozen fresh ginger (will be fluffy, estimate)
- 1 tbsp minced frozen fresh turmeric (will be fluffy, estimate)
- 1 pinch black pepper or cayenne (to taste)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch sea salt (or pink salt or Redmonds, basically anything but table salt)
